The protection of your privacy is important to us. That is why
we have prepared this document to ensure you are aware of your
rights and our commitment to your privacy. Under the Privacy Act
there are National Privacy Principles ("NPP's"). These are rules
which apply to many private sector organisations including us
which regulate the way in which we deal with your personal

5. The security of personal information
5.1. We are committed to maintaining a high level of security of
our client(s) files and personal information.
5.2. We use the following security measures to protect personal
information:
5.2.1. locked offices;
5.2.2. alarm systems which are monitored 24 hours a day by
security personnel;
5.2.3. passwords on all our computers;
5.2.4. a firewall on our computer network, which is monitored by
computer security personnel; and
5.2.5. virus protection software;
5.3. We will keep personal information as long as we need it for
the purposes in clause 3.1 of this policy, after which time we
will destroy or de-indentify the personal information. Otherwise
we may keep personal information for any period required by law.
6. Disclosure of personal information
6.1. We may disclose personal information to:
6.1.1. companies that require access to the information based
upon your consent;
6.1.2. experts involved in your legal matter;
6.1.3. local, interstate, or foreign law firms which may be
involved in your legal matter;
6.1.4. a third party contractor who may be performing services
